This is the page where I will post the activities that the students did for Kindergarten, First Grade, and Second Grade.
October 25
The students played an activity called "Hula Hoop Car Road Trip", which will allow students to use cooperative, respectful, and safe behaviors while maintaining their personal space within the hula hoop.
The activity follows one benchmark in the Physical Education Curriculum from the Diocese of Pittsburgh. It will teach students to develop cooperation and encouragement among other students.
October 18
The students played an activity called "Oogedy Boogedy Tag", which provided a way for the students to practice their chasing, fleeing, dodging, and tagging skills.
The activity followed two standards in the Physical Education Curriculum from the Diocese of Pittsburgh. It taught the students in the class to perform and practice locomotor skills and develop cooperation and encouragement among peers.
